Held various command & staff appointments during the 26 Years service in Pakistan Army. Trained meticulously through various training institutions of Pakistan Army to provide leadership and management at different levels of the organization. Graduation courses completed  at School of Artillery and  Command & Staff College. Effectively handled organizational management, administration, welfare, training, recruitment, career planning, development and employment of human resource at various levels.

Achieved an honorable record of security management and investigation into highly ambiguous nature of cases. Rendered service for about 9 years in the Military Police. Demonstrated skill and competence of the highest level through the three years command of Special Investigation Branch (SIB) at GHQ, an organization which has no parallel either in civil or in other forces in Pakistan. This organization is reputed and respected among the most sensitive agencies of the world including USA and Europe. Introduced techniques and psychological interventions in interrogation and investigation in SIB and Military Police by virtue of the background of Master of Psychology.

Founded and assumed office of the chairman of Power Institute of Personality Development since 1992. Major advances made since then in the field of psychology & self help are as under :-

Planning & organizing hypnotherapy courses at regular intervals since 1997 in Lahore, Karachi, Gujrat & Sialkot in collaboration with California Institute of Clinical Hypnosis, Pakistan. These courses are unique in Pakistan and mark us as the pioneers in this field. Master of psychology and/or MBBS are the prerequisite qualifications for entry into these courses. Syllabus & duration offered in these courses match  with the highest university standard, the world over.

Clinical counseling as psychotherapist and hypnotherapist has exposed to a vast area of human needs, behavior & health. Provided professional guidance to hundreds of people during the period in individual sessions, collective seminars & workshops.

Developed Power Seminar with the global interest in the human beings to enable them achieve success, wealth, health and happiness in life. It aims at the personal growth& personality development of the participants. It makes them think big & grow big. Presented research paper titled Quranic Focus of Psychology-Heart or Mind? in the Third Muslim Psychological Conference held in Lahore. Presently mind is the center of attention in the discipline of psychology. Contrary to present belief and definition, the research idea presented that the Quranic evidence points out heart rather than the mind in the focus of psychology. Unfolding this fact through the empirical process is the need of the time & the investigations are in hand.
